This public project website is maintained by members of the UT-REAL MAPLES team at UT Southwestern Medical Center. It provides information about the project and does not provide user accounts or accept payments. Visitors can use the deployment inquiry form to contact the team.

Information Handled by This Site

The site is published as static web content. Its hosting infrastructure may create routine server or content-delivery logs, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time, for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. The site stores a theme preference in your browser when you select light or dark mode. Google Analytics is not enabled in the site’s current configuration.

Some pages link to or embed third-party services, including publication sites, GitHub, Google Drive, Google Forms, and YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed service. Those services operate under their own privacy practices.

Deployment Inquiries

The deployment page embeds a Google Form and provides a direct link to the same form. Submitting it sends your email address, name, institution or organization, area of interest, and message to Google Forms. Responses are saved in the form and a private linked Google Sheet for the team to review and follow up with you. The form owner receives new-response notifications. Google handles the embedded form under its Privacy Policy.

Only provide the contact details and general project information needed to discuss your inquiry. Do not include patient information, student records, or other sensitive material. You can email the contact below with questions about an inquiry you have submitted.

Email and Sensitive Information

Selecting an email link opens your email application; the message is not submitted through this website. Email messages are handled by the sender’s and recipient’s email systems and may be retained under applicable institutional policy and law.

Do not send protected health information, identifiable student or research-participant data, passwords, or other confidential material through this website or by unsolicited email. This website is not an approved research-data transfer channel.
